1. You read and agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms") which constitute an agreement between you, the user of the Platform (referred to in these Terms as "User", "you" or the same) and us. We are a bargain platform for e-marketing.
2. You don't need to register to use the platform. However, depending on how you use it, we may require you to register to continue using the platform and you will be required to register to allow you many features. Creating an account is free. When you have an account, you will be able to sell, buy and invest, review your research quickly and easily, make agreements with other users on the platform, and manage your account settings. We may ask users to re-document their accounts at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to register or close any account at any time.
3. The registration process is very simple and will often require you to provide a username and password, an effective phone number or email address. We reserve the right to request additional information to improve the user experience.
4. Each user has the right to own only one account on the platform. Any recurring accounts will be deleted by us. If you use multiple accounts and we take action against you, we may take our action towards all your accounts.
5. You must keep your account password confidential and inform us immediately in case any unauthorized third party becomes aware of your password or if there is unauthorized use of your account or any known security breach that may affect your account. You agree that we are not responsible and have no responsibility if someone you have disclosed your password to uses (and/or deals with) the platform and/or purchases any open market products. Please note that you are fully responsible if you do not keep your password confidential.
6. We may send you administrative or promotional letters from time to time. We may also send you information related to your account activity and purchases, as well as updates about our platform or other offers. You can withdraw from certain specific correspondence only if this feature is available to you.
7. In case we reasonably believe or have proof that you (or that the user content you created) violated any of these Terms, Privacy Policy or the applicable laws, or if we suspect, on reasonable grounds, that you (or that the content of the users you have created) may or will contravene any of these Terms, Privacy Policy or the applicable laws, and without the need for any prior notification, we may:
(أ) We block or discontinue your account, permanently delete the account or blacklist it.
(ب) We prevent you from using the platform
(ج) Prevent you from activating any offer, and we will assume no responsibility whatsoever as a result of our use of this right.
8. If we take any action we may not recalculate you until we have received confirmation from you, as we deem acceptable, that there will be no further breach of these Terms or of our Privacy Policy or the laws in force.
9. We will cooperate fully with any request or directive from the security or judicial authorities to disclose the identity or location of any person contrary to these terms or laws in force.
10. By continuing to use our platform, you agree that we can at any time check and inspect your account to investigate system errors or to verify or report any potential irregularities to these Terms and Conditions or any of our policies, rules or legislation.
11. We reserve the right to terminate the right to use the platform by anyone who infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
12. The Site is not responsible for any infractions or infringements of the regulations, laws and legislation of the State issued by the seller or buyer.
13. The site is not responsible for any disputes between the seller and the buyer.
